RHA worked with the owner to renovate this apartment located in a Landmark building. Its previous tenants had accupied the apartment for 30 years with out making any modification. Our goal was to design this apartment to relate to the building historic layout.

RHA worked with the client to design an apartment within a Landmark Building.
Part of our design was to make the apartment feel open and uncongested. The apartment includes a larg living area with plenty of views of Gremarcy Park and a spacious master bedroom that bring in plenty of natural light.

RHA worked with the client to design a ramp for the back entrance of 270 Jay Street. The main concept design was to create the ramp without intruding the beautiful gardens of Concord Village.
